Charlotte turns Four

Obviously, all kids are different from one another, and Drea and Charlotte are no exceptation.  So when it came time to plan Charlotte's party it came as no surprise when she wanted a karate party.  Charlotte and Drea went to a party at Casey's ATA in Morgantown and Charlotte had such a great time she wanted to do it again.  What was surprising was Charlotte acted all shy when she first got there and it took her awhile to get comfortable.  Then again, she does do that on occasion.  Either way she adjusted and had a wonderful time.

Charlotte, outside before her party....posing of course

You can't catch me

Karate Kick!

Breaking boards...first, Drea....

....then Barrett...

....and finally Tyler...Charlotte did this once or twice and I did not get a picture

Running the obstacle course....the balance beam

....and another part of the course....not sure what these were called,
but they had to step on them and keep their balance

Eating at the party

Charlotte excited about her gifts...too cute

Keeping the ballons from hitting the ground

I did not get any pictures of us playing with the parachute.  That was a bunch of fun which included many of adults.  After parachute play we had a giant dodge ball game.  That was entertaining.  It was the kids and women against the men.  No need to mention the outcome because you know who won.  I would say that Charlotte's party was a success and everyone seemed to have a great time.

That looks like a lot of fun. I can see why Charlotte would want to have her party there. I can't believe that she is 4. Wow!!!

Yes, it is hard to believe that Charlotte is 4 already! She reminds me a lot of Lydia and Laura, which I have said many times! Looks like a good time was had by all! By the way my favorites are still missing! Sometimes I hate the computer!
