Well things the teachers I know say these things...
Ok, we don't say those things....well, maybe the Jersey Shore comments...Either way, I found it funny and I am never afraid to laugh at myself.

While I am only roughly in the teaching field being an assistant in a classroom, I can appreciate the sarcasm in this message, but I must admit that I MORE THAN get furious about the "No child left behind thing". Don't the people that follow this line of thinking realize that all people (kids included) are very different and that many are born left behind, not to mention abilities, intelligence, and so on! I would love to have the rule makers of these demands spend a week or more in a classroom. Especially at my school where special needs kids are taught, loved and cared about. Teachers have to be really creative to have our students pass these crazy mandates! Love, Mom
